Shopping for nursing homes/long term care facilities can be hard.
When it is time to sign the admission agreement the terms can be
confusing. Be on the look out for the arbitration provision in the
contract and do not hesitate to seek the advise of an elder law
attorney to help walk you through the contract and explain it to
you in simple terms so you know your rights and obligations.
